Take a free look at your credit report and see where you credit stands.

A new law going into effect between Dec. 1, 2004 and Sept. 1, 2005 requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting agencies to provide you with a free copy of your credit report if you request it, once a year. Previously they were only required to give you a free copy if you had been turned down because of something on your report. It is about time we are given free access!

Consumers in western states will be the first to have access to the free reports. Check the dates below to see when free credit reports will be available in your state.
